Trusted Trips Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. OUR SERVICES

Trusted Trips Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based travel planning consultancy. We provide personalised travel itineraries and destination recommendations, which may include suggested activities, accommodation, dining options, transport guidance, cost estimates, and maps.

We do not make bookings, process payments for travel services, or act as a travel agent, tour operator, or organiser. All bookings are made directly by you with third-party providers.

Our Services are provided for general planning and guidance purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all details before making any bookings or travel decisions.

2. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between us and any third party provider

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content made available through our Services, including but not limited to text, itineraries, designs, graphics, logos, and branding (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Trusted Trips Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content for your personal or internal business use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

You will use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms

You will not provide false or misleading information

You will not use automated systems or non-human means to access the Services

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

Circumvent security or access controls

Infringe intellectual property rights

Harass, impersonate, or harm others

Use the Services to compete with us commercially

Engage in unauthorised data scraping, framing, or linking

6. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Our Services do not allow users to upload or post content. This does not include reviews or feedback submitted through third-party platforms.

7. FEEDBACK

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

8. REVIEWS

Where reviews are displayed, they must be genuine, lawful, and based on real experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are misleading, offensive, or posted in breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content of reviews submitted on third party platforms.

Our Services may include links or recommendations to third-party websites, services, or providers. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, performance, or conduct.

Your dealings with third-party providers are solely between you and them.

Details obtained from third-party sources (including opening times, pricing, transport schedules, and availability) may change at any time. You acknowledge that we cannot verify all third-party information and you must confirm accuracy directly.

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Services and to suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect our legitimate business interests or where these Terms are breached.

19. DOWNLOADABLE OR DIGITAL DELIVERABLES

Digital itinerary files are provided “as is”.  We are not responsible for compatibility issues, loss of data or technical problems arising from downloading or using these files.

20. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

We do not guarantee travel outcomes, experiences, availability, pricing, or satisfaction.

21. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND DUE DILIGENCE

You are responsible for checking travel requirements (including visas, vaccinations, entry rules, health measures, and insurance requirements) may change without notice. You are solely responsible for checking the most up-to-date official guidance.

22. INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, lost property and activity related risks.

23. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

We do not provide medical, health, or safety advice. You are responsible for assessing the suitability and risks of any activities and obtaining appropriate insurance.

24. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

25. REFUNDS AND SERVICE COMPLETION

Fees are non-refundable once planning work has commenced or been delivered, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communications.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
