1. OUR SERVICES
Trusted Trips Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based travel planning consultancy. We provide personalised travel itineraries and destination recommendations, which may include suggested activities, accommodation, dining options, transport guidance, cost estimates, and maps.
We do not make bookings, process payments for travel services, or act as a travel agent, tour operator, or organiser. All bookings are made directly by you with third-party providers.
Our Services are provided for general planning and guidance purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all details before making any bookings or travel decisions.
2. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between us and any third party provider
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content made available through our Services, including but not limited to text, itineraries, designs, graphics, logos, and branding (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Trusted Trips Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content for your personal or internal business use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

21. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND DUE DILIGENCE
You are responsible for checking travel requirements (including visas, vaccinations, entry rules, health measures, and insurance requirements) may change without notice. You are solely responsible for checking the most up-to-date official guidance.
22. INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, lost property and activity related risks.

Fees are non-refundable once planning work has commenced or been delivered, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
